At HystericSisters, we hand-select vintage pieces with care to ensure quality and authenticity. Because each item is one-of-a-kind, returns or exchanges are only accepted if you receive the wrong item or if your order arrives not as described.

Incorrect or Damaged Items
If your item arrives not as described or you were sent the wrong product, please reach out to us by email: hystericsisterss@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your package. We’ll make things right by offering a replacement when possible or issuing a refund.

Final Sale
All vintage purchases are considered final unless stated otherwise. We encourage shoppers to review descriptions, photos, and measurements carefully before purchasing.

Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear on your account.

Return Shipping
